Today is the anniversary of the mythical date of creation, according to the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar. Apparently it all started on August 11, 3114 BCE. That's just plain wrong, of course. We all know that the universe was created on January 1, 1970 -- precisely 1,313,020,800 seconds ago. If the universe were 5125 years old, we'd need at least 64 bits to hold a timestamp!
Anyhoo... it's Steve Wozniak's birthday today! Steve is one of the co-founders of Apple -- he's an engineer, inventor, author and philanthropist. Be sure to wish him a happy birthday at @stevewoz!
